WAITNG FOR A FLOOD
August 7, 2007

Our east coast jaunt kicks off in a few days! Info is in the tour section and more frequently updated on Myspace. Come get a taste of the new stuff we've been working on!

Some friends have created a fansite for us called cttsfans.com. It has some live media and a messageboard. We normally don't like the reckless anonymity of forums, but have made an exception for these cool dudes. So far, its a good time. See you at the shows!

SAGE ADVICE...
May 15, 2007

Greetings fine people,

Recently CTTS layed down some vocal tracks for the wonderful 65dayofstatic, a bloody brilliant group of lads from the UK. The song is entitled The Conspiracy of Seeds and can be found on their delightful new album called "The Destruction of Small Ideas," so check it out if you dare!

And while your browsing the "S" section at your local, downtown, historic, landmark district, record shop it would be wise, also, to check out the newest Sage Francis album, entitled "Human the Death Dance." a few of Drew's illustrations ended up speckled around in various forms within the immense packaging for this glorious record. so check that out too, if you dare (or peep the original versions at crowquill.net!).

More news to follow....

NEW NEWS!
February 13, 2007

Thanks to decoymusic.com and Alternative Press for listing our upcoming record as "one of the most anticipated releases of 2007"! Let's hope we'll have it ready in time!

Our first release (2001 s/t demo) is available for download at Indiependencemusic.net. This is a great new website that pays the artist, not scores of middle men. Please check it out if you have a chance. These are the remastered tracks that will eventually be re-released in physical form, but we've made these MP3s available in the meantime since we can't say exactly when.

New photos have been added to the 2004-06 section, and some brutal new tattoos in the fan tattoo section!

We are on the FEST 3 DVD available now at noidearecords.com.

Stay cool everybody, however please do not freeze.

love,
the circle

NEW SITE!
October 31, 2006

Thanks for checking out the new Circle Takes the Square website.

We looted the archives and found a ton of photos, live audio mp3s, old show flyers, and other ctts related objects for your viewing and listening enjoyment.

We posted new and old videos, live footage from our show with Thursday, and a sneak peek at a new song. We also updated the discography with pictures of [almost] every version of our releases. We're trying to make the site as comprehensive as possible, so any pics, flyers, video, etc that you may have is welcome and much appreciated. Thanks to Ira at waxlab.net for all the hard work!

There's also new merch at the merchnow.com page! Two shirts and a hoodie with the 'eternal safari' design.

We also have a section where you can order certain items directly from us, so look at the merch page on our site as well.

Alternative Press put us in the top ten 'Essential Creepy Albums' in the November 2006 issue. Here's a slice of the article.

Please take a minute to sign the mailing list so we can keep you updated!

Maximum Shred,
CTTS
